Asian BBQ Pork Chops




  1. Combine first eight ingredients (sherry thru garlic) in a large ziploc bag. Add the pork chops to the ziploc bad and allow to marinate for at least an hour. Flip the bag a couple of times.
  2. Put chops on grill and pour remaining marinade into small saucepan and bring to full boil. Simmer and let thicken.
  3. Cook the pork chops for four minutes on each side. Basting with the sauce as soon as it is ready.
  4. Remove pork chops and put under the broiler for one minute on each side. This helps glaze the pork chops.
