There is really no comfort food that compares to the Grilled Cheese except for maybe Mac & Cheese! Have you ever noticed that most comfort food has a lot of cheese in it!

This grilled cheese has four different kinds of cheese! Count them! Better yet cook them and see how good they taste together!
I promise you will not be disappointed!

Ingredients
- 4 slices rye bread
- 2 slices Swiss cheese
- 2 slices Colby Jack cheese
- 2 slices Cheddar cheese
- 2 slices Monterey Jack cheese
- 4 slices crispy bacon
- 4 thin slices of tomato
- 8 pats of butter
Instructions
- Layer both sets of rye bread with the four different kinds of cheese. Place bacon and tomatoes on the cheese. Combine layered bread to make two of the same kind of sandwiches. Place 2 pats of butter on the top of each sandwich. Place pat side down on hot skillet over medium low heat, cover loosely with aluminum foil and grill until bottom is golden brown. Place 2 pats of butter on the other side of the sandwich. Place pat side down on hot skillet, cover loosely with aluminum foil and grill until that side is golden brown.
