This is wonderful for breakfast or as a dessert. It is chock full of protein and flavor and can satisfy your sweet tooth without all of those calories and fat. Fall brings such wonderful flavors. I just love the smell of all those wonderful spices.

Pumpkin Pie Smoothie
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 2/3 cup canned pumpkin
- 4 tablespoon stevia
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 pinch nutmeg
- 1 pinch allspice
- 1 pinch ginger
- 1 pinch cloves
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
- Combine yogurt, almond milk, stevia, and pumpkin in blender. Blend until smooth; scraping the sides. Add desired amount of ice and blend for another minute or so. Add cinnamon, nutmeg, allspice, ginger, cloves and protein powder. Blend for 2 minutes or until smooth and well blended. Garnish with Rediwhip and a sprinkle of cinnamon.
