Strawberry Banana Smoothie is a five minute five ingredient cool refreshing all natural treat that the whole family can enjoy.


  • 3 cups frozen strawberries
  • 1 banana peeled and chunked
  • 3/4 cup almond milk (please see notes)
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons honey


  1. Add your strawberries, banana, milk, yogurt and honey to the blender.  Blend on high until smooth.
  2. Pour into glasses, garnish with fresh strawberries or bananas and serve.


I prefer almond milk but you can use any kind of milk.
