Ingredients
3mangoes peeled and finely diced
1/3cupred onion minced
1jalapeño minced
1/4cupchopped fresh cilantro
1teaspoonchili powder
1/4teaspoonkosher saltto taste
1lime juiced
Instructions
In a medium bowl, combine the mango, red onion, jalapeno, cilantro, chili powder, salt, and lime juice.
Stir gently to mix. Let it rest for 20 minutes before serving or cover and refrigerate for up to 3 days.
