I actually made these last night and they were so good. Chocolate chips add some extra sweetness!

 Whisk together the flour, sugar, baking soda, and salt in a medium bowl.

Mash the bananas in a large bowl. Add the vegetable oil, egg, and vanilla extract. Stir to combine.

Add the dry to the wet mixture stir until combined. And stir in the chocolate chips. Spoon the batter into the liners filling and bake.
