In a food processor, combine oats, brown sugar, cinnamon, and butter.

Pat mixture into the bottom of the pan and bake.

Mix the evaporated milk, pumpkin, eggs, pumpkin pie spice, sugar and cinnamon.

Pour over baked crust and bake.

Sprinkle the combined brown sugar, salt, and rolled oats.

Baked and chill.
