Brown the pork sausage, followed by the onions and red bell pepper. Remove from heat and let cool.

Melt some butter and pour over the hash brown potatoes, then stir. Top with some cheddar. Spoon the sausage vegetable mixture on top.

Beat the eggs, milk, marjoram, thyme, seasoned salt, and black pepper. Pour it into the casserole.

Top with the remaining cheese and half of the green onions. Bake and sprinkle with remaining green onions.
