Mango Smoothie

Delicious Mango Smoothie is always a huge hit with the kids.  This delectable recipe comes together with five ingredients in less than five minutes.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups frozen mango cubed
  • 1 banana peeled and chunked
  • 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 3/4 cup sugar free almond milk please see notes
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • Optional: lemon slices for garnish

Instructions

  • Add mango, banana, yogurt, milk and lemon juice to blender.  Blend on high until smooth.  Pour into glasses, garnish if desired and serve.

Notes

I prefer almond milk but you can use any kind of milk.
