BLT Dip

BLT Dip combines all the delectable flavors of your favorite sandwich in dip form. Crisp bacon, romaine lettuce and tomatoes layered over a creamy base. Best served with a crispy homemade crostini, rye chips, or with fresh veggies.

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces cream cheese softened
  • 1/3 cup sour cream
  • 1/3 cup mayonnaise
  • 3/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • 3/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 cup chopped romaine
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes
  • 6 slices crispy bacon chopped

Instructions

  • Using a mixer blend the cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, onion powder and garlic powder until smooth and creamy.  Using a spatula spread the mixture on a plate, pie plate or a small shallow dip platter.
  • Top with the chopped romaine, diced tomatoes and crispy bacon.
  • Serve with crostini, bagel chips, crackers or vegetables.
