Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Cover 2 large baking sheets with parchment paper.
Pre-bake the naan bread in the oven right on the middle rack for 2 minutes. Flip and bake for another 2 minutes.
Carefully remove from the oven. Spread each bread with about 3 tablespoon pizza sauce, top with a couple tablespoons mozzarella, pepperoni, mushrooms, and bacon. Top with a couple more tablespoons mozzarella.
Bake for 5-7 minutes or until the cheese melts and lightly browns. Top with chopped basil and if desired top with Parmesan Cheese and red pepper flakes.
Notes
Pre-bake the naan - to keep the crust crispy after putting on sauce and toppings simply bake the bread in the oven right on the rack for about 3 minutes. Then add your sauce and toppings.
Use a flavorful pizza sauce - I really like Rao's Homemade Pizza Sauce and Classico Fire Roasted Pizza Sauce but any flavorful sauce will work.
Top with cooked meats - these pizzas cook very fast so hamburger, sausage, bacon and any other meat toppings should be precooked.
Cook some vegetable toppings first - some vegetables need a jump start in the cooking arena like asparagus, broccoli, cauliflower, eggplant, and squash
