Ingredients
6tablespoonsbutter softened to room temperature
8ouncescream cheese softened
⅓cuppacked light brown sugar
½cuppowdered sugar
1½teaspoonsvanilla extract
¼teaspoonkosher salt
¾cupmini chocolate chips
Instructions
Using a stand or hand mixer, beat cream cheese and butter until smooth and creamy. Mix in the brown sugar, powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and salt until well combined.
Remove the mixer and stir in the mini chocolate chips. Serve with assorted cookies, pretzels, or fresh fruit.
Notes
Please refrigerate the dip until ready to serve and refrigerate any leftovers in an airtight container. This dough should not be left out for more than about 2 hours.
