This delicious Cookie Dough Dip is a dip that is made in less than ten minutes. It tastes great with pretzels, graham crackers, and fresh strawberries for an over-the-top dessert.

Ingredients

  • 6 tablespoons butter softened to room temperature
  • 8 ounces cream cheese softened
  • cup packed light brown sugar
  • ½ cup powdered sugar
  • teaspoons vanilla extract
  • ¼ teaspoon kosher salt
  • ¾ cup mini chocolate chips

Instructions

  • Using a stand or hand mixer, beat cream cheese and butter until smooth and creamy. Mix in the brown sugar, powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and salt until well combined.
  • Remove the mixer and stir in the mini chocolate chips. Serve with assorted cookies, pretzels, or fresh fruit.

Notes

  • Please refrigerate the dip until ready to serve and refrigerate any leftovers in an airtight container. This dough should not be left out for more than about 2 hours.
