Ingredients

  • 4 medium russet potatoes
  • Vegetable oil
  • Coarse sea salt

Instructions

  • Wash the potatoes and dry real well. Prick the skin with a fork. Rub vegetable oil over the potatoes. Generously sprinkle with sea salt.
  • Preheat the air fryer for 10 minutes. Place the prepared potatoes in the basket. Cook at 390 degrees for 30-45 minutes.

Notes

  • Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat in the air fryer for 2-3 minutes.
