Ingredients
1poundlarge shrimp,peeled and deveined
2clovesgarlic, minced
⅓cupolive oil
½teaspoonsea salt
¼teaspoonfresh ground black pepper
½teaspoonsmoked paprika
¼-½teaspooncrushed red pepper flakes
1teaspoonWorcestershire sauce
1teaspoonchopped fresh parsley or basil
lemon wedges
Instructions
In a large bowl, whisk together the garlic, olive oil, salt, black pepper, paprika, crushed red pepper, and Worcestershire Sauce. Add the shrimp to the same bowl and refrigerate for at least 15 minutes to 1 hour.
Thread them on wooden or metal skewers to prevent them from falling through the grill grate.
Preheat the grill to 450 degrees. Grill for 2 minutes on each side or until they turn light pink on the outside and opaque or white on the inside.
Sprinkle with fresh parsley and serve with fresh lemon wedges.
