Pizza Bombs

These pizza bombs are easy to make with canned biscuit dough, pizza sauce, pepperoni, and mozzarella. They are great for game night or movie night.

Ingredients

Garlic Butter

  • ¼ cup butter, melted
  • ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ¼ teaspoon onion powder
  • ¼ teaspoon dried Italian seasoning
  • 2 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese

Pizza Bombs

  • 1 (16.3-ounce) can Grands Biscuits Southern Homestyle
  • 1 cup pizza sauce, divided
  • 8 ounces mozzarella, cut into 24 cubes
  • ½ cup halved pepperoni

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 375 degrees and cover a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a small bowl, combine the butter, garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, and Parmesan cheese.
  • Separate the biscuit dough and press or roll out the dough to ⅛ inch thick. Spread a tablespoon of sauce over the dough. Top with three small cubes of mozzarella and several slices of halved pepperoni.
  • Bring the edges of the dough circle up to close and pinch to seal.
  • Place them seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet, then brush them with the butter mixture. Serve with the remaining pizza sauce.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat in the microwave or airfryer.
