Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons smoked paprika
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 ½ tablespoons sea salt
  • 1 tablespoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon onion powder
  • 1 tablespoon dried thyme
  • 2 teaspoons dried marjoram
  • ½ teaspoon ground cayenne pepper

Instructions

  • Combine the smoked paprika, brown sugar, sea salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, dried thyme, dried marjoram, and ground cayenne pepper in a medium bowl and whisk them until well combined.
  • Store the seasoning in an airtight container in a cool, dark place such as a pantry for up to 6 months.
