Ingredients

  • 3 cups frozen strawberries
  • 1 banana peeled and chunked
  • 3/4 cup almond milk please see notes
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons honey

Instructions

  • Add your strawberries, banana, milk, yogurt and honey to the blender.  Blend on high until smooth.
  • Pour into glasses, garnish with fresh strawberries or bananas and serve.

Notes

I prefer almond milk but you can use any kind of milk.
