Ingredients
½cupmayonnaise
3tablespoonsketchup
1tablespoonWorcestershire Sauce
1teaspoonDijon mustard
1½tablespoonsdill pickle relish or sweet relish
⅛teaspoongarlic powder
⅛teaspoononion powder
Kosher salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions
Whisk all the ingredients together in a small bowl. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Refrigerate until ready to use. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 5 days.
Notes
Add 1-2 tablespoons of pickle juice or white vinegar for a thinner sauce.
Store the sauce in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week.
I do not recommend freezing this sauce. Of course, I do not know why anyone would do it, as it is so easy to make.
