Ingredients

  • 1 (24-ounce) bag frozen waffle fries
  • seasoned salt to taste
  • freshly ground black pepper to taste
  • 6 slices bacon, crispy cooked and chopped
  • ¾ cup ranch dressing
  • 2 tablespoons adobo sauce
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded pepper jack cheese
  • 2 green onion, thinly sliced
  • sour cream optional
  • jalapeno rings optional

Instructions

  • Season the waffle fries with salt and freshly ground black pepper. Bake the waffle fries according to package instructions. Meanwhile, cook the bacon crispy and chop it.
  • Mix the ranch dressing and adobo sauce in a measuring cup with a spout.
  • When the fries are done, top with both cheeses and the chopped bacon. Place the baking sheet in the hot oven for 3-5 minutes or until the cheese melts.
  • Top with green onions and jalapeños, then drizzle with the chipotle ranch.

Notes

  • Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator. 
  • Reheat in a preheated 400-degree oven for 5-7 minutes or just until hot.
