Ingredients
1cupmayonnaise
2tablespoonsSriracha
1/4teaspoonsalt
1/2teaspoononion powder
1/2teaspoongarlic powder
2tablespoonslemon juice
kosher salt and fresh ground black pepper
Instructions
In a small bowl and whisk together the mayo, sriracha sauce, salt, garlic powder, onion powder, and lemon juice. Season with kosher salt and fresh ground black pepper to taste.
Store in an airtight container in the fridge.
Notes
You can substitute another type of hot sauce for the Sriracha, including Tabasco sauce, Franks hot sauce, or any Louisiana-style hot sauce.
If you like it with a touch of sweetness add 1-2 tablespoons honey.
