Strawberry Salsa
This incredibly Strawberry Salsa combines fresh berries, sweet red bell pepper, red onion, and jalapeno, in a little sweetened lime juice.

Ingredients

fresh strawberries, hulled and finely chopped

red bell pepper, finely chopped

finely chopped red onion

jalapeno pepper, stem removed and finely chopped

lime, zested and juiced

tablespoons
honey

chopped fresh cilantro
pinch of salt
freshly ground black pepper to taste
Instructions
Toss all the ingredients together in a medium bowl. Season with the salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste.
Cover and chill for at least 2 hours so all the flavors meld.
Notes
Store the salsa in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 4 days.
