8ouncescream cheese softened
⅓cupraspberry jam
2tablespoonspowdered sugar

½teaspoonground cinnamon

8slicesTexas toast

Instructions
Using a stand mixer with the paddle attachment or a handheld mixer on medium speed, beat the cream cheese, raspberry jam, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
Whisk the eggs, milk, cinnamon, nutmeg, and vanilla extract in a wide shallow bowl.
Spread the cream cheese mixture over four slices of Texas toast and top each with a slice of the bread.
Carefully, dip both sides of the bread in the egg mixture.
Melt 1 tablespoon butter and heat 1 tablespoon oil in a large skillet over medium-low heat. Add the French toast and cook until browned on both sides. Serve with fresh raspberries, whipped cream, and warm maple syrup.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
Reheat in a covered skillet over low heat or in the microwave at reduced power for short intervals until warmed.
