Ingredients
½tablespoonolive oil
1lbpizza dough
1lbground beef
½mediumyellow onion, finely chopped
3tablespoonstaco seasoning
¾cupwater
1(15-ounce) canrefried beans
¼cupsalsa
1cupshredded cheddar
1cupqueso quesadilla
1(2.25-ounce) cansliced black olives, drained
2green onions, thinly sliced
1cuphalved grape tomatoes
chopped cilantro
Instructions
Brush the olive oil in a glass or ceramic bowl. Add the pizza dough and cover the bowl with plastic wrap, and let it sit at room temperature for 2 hours.
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Brown the ground beef in a large skillet over medium heat. About halfway through the browning process, add the onion. Cook until the beef is brown and the onion is soft.
Stir in the taco seasoning and water. Simmer for 10 minutes, or until most of the moisture has cooked down and the beef mixture is seasoned. Mix the refried beans and salsa in a medium bowl.
Pat out the pizza dough on a pizza stone and dock the pizza with a fork. Prebake for 7-8 minutes.
Spread the refried bean mixture over the prebaked crust. Top with the seasoned beef, cheddar cheese, queso quesadilla cheese, black olives, green onions, and tomatoes.
Bake for 12-15 minutes or until the cheese is melted and the crust is browned on the edges. Sprinkle the pizza with chopped cilantro. Let the pizza cool for 5-7 minutes before slicing.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 3 days.
Reheat in the oven at 375 degrees on a preheated baking sheet or pizza stone for 8-12 minutes. Cover with aluminum foil if the pizza is browning more than your liking.
