These quick and easy Truffle fries are crispy fries tossed with white truffle oil, freshly grated Parmesan cheese, and chopped fresh parsley.

Ingredients

  • 16 ounces straight-cut frozen fries
  • 2 tablespoons white truffle oil
  • ½ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese plus more for garnish
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
  • Salt to taste
  • Freshly ground black pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Cook your fries according to package directions. Try to get them crispy. Do not wash the baking sheet.
  • Toss them in a large bowl with the truffle oil, Parmesan cheese, and fresh herbs.
  • Put them back on the baking sheet and cook for several more minutes.
  • Sprinkle with more freshly grated Parmesan cheese. Season with salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste.
