These Yogurt Parfaits are quick and easy with fresh berries and creamy yogurt, making them ideal for breakfasts and snacks.

Ingredients
3cupsvanilla yogurtpreferably Greek yogurt
3cupsassorted berriesstrawberries, blueberries, blackberries, and raspberries
1-1 ½cupsgranolasee notes
Instructions
Wash the berries and dry them. Slice the strawberries in half or in quarters. Add a little bit of yogurt to each glass. Then top with a few assorted berries, followed by a few heaping tablespoons of granola.
Top with more yogurt, then more granola, a spoonful of yogurt, and a few more assorted berries. Refrigerate until ready to serve.

Choose organic granola with minimally processed ingredients and sweeteners. Look for whole grains like rolled oats and barley flakes and sweeteners like honey or maple syrups.
I like to use vanilla Greek Yogurt, but you can use unsweetened Greek yogurt and add honey to taste and one teaspoon of pure vanilla extract.
Store the parfaits in the refrigerator, covered tightly with plastic wrap for up to 3 days but keep in mind that crunchy granola parfaits are best enjoyed sooner rather than later.
