This four-ingredient Appletini (Apple Martini) is one of our favorite party cocktails with its ease and superb sour apple flavor. It only takes minutes to prepare leaving you plenty of time to socialize with friends or catch up with your significant other.
These tasty Apple Martinis are perfect for a little rest and relaxation. Hubby and I just love to serve Appletinis, Apple Cider Whiskey Cocktails, Easy Tequila Sunrise, Pineapple Margaritas at our cocktail parties. All you need is a simple cocktail shaker to make this delicious treat. However if you don’t have one use a leak-proof beverage holder or mug. What is your favorite cocktail party beverage? I have so many that I could go on and on for hours.
How to make an Appletini
Start by adding the apple juice and lemon juice to the shaker. Then cap the shaker and give it a brisk shake. Hold the top with one hand and shake with the other hand. Then add the green apple schnapps, vodka and ice. Again cap it and shake briskly. Next pour the strained cocktail into a martini glass. If desired garnish your Apple Martini with green apple slices that have been brushed with lemon juice.
What is schnapps?
Schnapps is a type of distilled spirit with a sweetened fruit flavor. Most schnapps in the United States are grain spirits mixed with fruit-flavored syrups. They are much like flavored vodkas. You can find them with the other mixers like Baileys in the alcohol section of most grocery stores.
