This copycat Raising Cane’s sauce is ultra creamy, with mayonnaise, ketchup, the perfect blend of spices, and a healthy helping of freshly ground black pepper. Use it as a dipping sauce for your favorite chicken recipes, or as a condiment on your grilled burgers and choice sandwich recipes.

Ingredient Notes and Substitutions
See the complete list of ingredients on the recipe card below.
- Mayonnaise: I love Duke’s mayo, but you can use your favorite brand.
- Ketchup: I use organic ketchup, which tastes brighter, fresher, and less processed than non-organic ketchup.
- Smoked paprika: I prefer the woodsy smell and flavor of smoked paprika, but you can use sweet paprika or hot paprika.
- Black pepper: For the best flavor, use freshly ground.

Ways To Enjoy Raising Cane’s Sauce
- Burgers, sandwiches, salads, and wraps
- Potato chips, tortilla chips, corn chips, and pretzels
- Hot wings, fried wings, baked wings, chicken nuggets, popcorn chicken, and air fryer wings.
- Cherry tomatoes, carrots, celery, broccoli, cauliflower, and cucumbers.

You are hereby warned how addictive this sauce is. We often find ourselves inventing new ways to enjoy this or something new to try it on, like fried egg sandwiches. So darn delicious! You might even find your hubby licking the bowl.
