This copycat Costco chicken bake recipe combines tender rotisserie chicken, crisp bacon, mozzarella, provolone, green onions, and creamy Caesar dressing, all wrapped in pizza crust. Make these at home and avoid the road trip and the Costco crowd.

Ingredient Notes and Substitutions
See the complete list of ingredients on the recipe card below.
- Pizza dough: My local grocery store makes fresh pizza dough, but you can make your own.
- Chicken: Use any cooked chicken, such as rotisserie, baked, grilled, or poached.
- Bacon: Use hickory-smoked bacon for the best flavor.
- Cheese: Mozzarella, provolone, and Parmesan cheese.
- Caesar dressing: Use the creamy version. I love Marzetti Supreme Caesar.
