This copycat Costco chicken bake recipe combines tender rotisserie chicken, crisp bacon, mozzarella, provolone, green onions, and creamy Caesar dressing, all wrapped in pizza crust. Make these at home and avoid the road trip and the Costco crowd.

Ingredient Notes and Substitutions
See the complete list of ingredients on the recipe card below.
- Pizza dough: My local grocery store makes fresh pizza dough, but you can make your own.
- Chicken: Use any cooked chicken, such as rotisserie, baked, grilled, or poached.
- Bacon: Use hickory-smoked bacon for the best flavor.
- Cheese: Mozzarella, provolone, and Parmesan cheese.
- Caesar dressing: Use the creamy version. I love Marzetti Supreme Caesar.
How To Make Costco Chicken Bake
This is a summary version; for the complete list of ingredients and instructions, please refer to the recipe card below.
- Remove the pizza dough from the refrigerator 1-2 hours before working with it.
- Combine the chicken, bacon, mozzarella, provolone, Parmesan, green onions, and Caesar dressing.
- Cut the pizza dough into thirds. Work each piece of dough into a 10×6-inch rectangle. Spoon about ⅓ of the chicken mixture down the length of the dough.
- Roll it up like a burrito, brush it with egg wash, and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
- Bake until golden brown.

Preparation Tips
- Don’t get too wrapped up in the rolling and shaping of the dough. It does not have to be perfect.
- Place them seam side down on a baking sheet.
- Don’t forget the egg wash. It creates a crispy, golden-brown surface that enhances taste and texture.
- Consume these chicken bakes shortly after baking while they are hot and crispy.

Food Pairings
- Soup: minestrone, crockpot broccoli cheddar soup, or chickpea soup
- Salad: rocket salad, spring mix salad, or Olive Garden copycat salad
- Beverages: peach iced tea or strawberry lemonade
