Spread the broccoli in a single layer on a baking sheet covered with parchment paper. Drizzle with olive oil. Generously sprinkle with salt and freshly ground black pepper. Roast the broccoli in a preheated oven for about 20 minutes. Sprinkle with freshly grated Parmesan Cheese. Ingredients
- 1½ lb broccoli florets cut into bite size pieces
- 3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- sea salt to taste
- freshly ground black pepper to taste
- ¼ cup freshly grated Parmesan Cheese
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Cover a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Spread the broccoli in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil. Generously sprinkle with salt and freshly ground black pepper.
- Roast for 15-20 minutes turning halfway through the cooking process. The edges should be crispy and browned.
- Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. For best results, serve promptly.
