- Cooked chicken: You can use grilled, poached, baked, or roasted chicken. I used rotisserie chicken because it is easy, convenient, and tasty.
- Romaine lettuce: You can substitute iceberg or red or green leaf lettuce.
- Tomatoes: Grape, cherry, or diced meaty tomatoes.
- Parmesan cheese: Freshly grated is best for optimal flavor.

Chicken Caesar Wrap
Ingredients
- 4 (10-12 inch) flour tortillas
- ⅔ cup Caesar salad dressing
- 3 cups shredded Romaine lettuce
- 2 cups diced cooked chicken
- 1¼ cups halved grape tomatoes
- ¾ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Freshly ground black pepper
Instructions
- Spread the tortilla with Caesar salad dressing.
- Add ¾ cup chopped romaine, ½ cup cooked chicken, ¼ cup tomatoes, and 3 tablespoons of grated Parmesan down the center of the tortilla.
- Roll the wrap tight and slice in half.
