These tasty Buffalo Chicken Sliders are easy to make with rotisserie chicken, buffalo wing sauce, your favorite bottled ranch dressing, and King’s Hawaiian Rolls. They are always a huge hit for the Super Bowl, game days, and movie nights.

You are going to love these delicious and easy sliders. I love making sliders for my friends and family to enjoy. If you like this recipe, try pizza sliders, cheeseburger sliders, and ham and cheese sliders.
Ingredient Notes and Substitutions
See the complete list of ingredients below on the recipe card.
- Chicken: I use rotisserie chicken, but you can use any cooked, shredded chicken.
- Buffalo wing sauce: I use Frank’s RedHot Wing sauce, but you can use your favorite brand.
- Ranch dressing: My go-to ranch dressing for this is Marzetti Classic Ranch made with real buttermilk. You can use homemade ranch or blue cheese dressing.
- Hawaiian slider rolls: I love the mild sweetness that these rolls bring to the recipe, but you can use any slider rolls.
- Butter: Unsalted or salted butter.
- Parmesan cheese: Freshly grated Parmesan cheese is worth every penny. It has better texture, tastes better, and melts better than pre-grated Parmesan. Use a microplane or box grater to grate the cheese.
How To Make Buffalo Chicken Sliders
This is a summary version; for the complete list of ingredients and instructions, please refer to the recipe card below.
- Mix the shredded chicken, buffalo wing sauce, and ranch dressing in a large bowl.
- Then, mix the melted butter, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, and parsley. Set the bowl aside.
- Slice the Hawaiian buns in half lengthwise without separating them.
- Spread half the shredded Monterey Jack cheese over the bottom half of the buns. Spread the chicken mixture over the cheese. Top with the remaining cheese over the chicken mixture.
- Cover the cheese with the top buns and brush with the butter mixture.
- Bake for 12-14 minutes or until the cheese is melted and the top is browned.

Preparation Tips
- If the butter mixture solidifies, pop it in the microwave for 10-15 seconds.
- Bake the sandwiches on a baking sheet covered with parchment paper or aluminum foil for easier cleanup.
- Cover the sandwiches with an aluminum foil tent if they are browning too fast or more than desired.
- These sliders are best served promptly. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator. Reheat in the microwave at reduced power for short intervals until warm.

Prepare Buffalo Chicken Sliders In Advance
You can prepare buffalo chicken sliders in advance, but assemble them right before baking. Shred the cheese and store it in a plastic zipper bag up to 5 days in advance, removing as much air as possible. Combine the butter mixture and the chicken mixture in separate airtight containers and store in the refrigerator up to 2 days in advance.
Remove the stored ingredients from the refrigerator about 30 minutes before starting the assembly. Pop the butter mixture in the microwave for 10-15 seconds. Assemble the sandwiches and bake as directed.
