These quick and easy Truffle fries are crispy fries tossed with white truffle oil, freshly grated Parmesan cheese, and chopped fresh parsley. They are always a huge hit with family and friends.

Ingredient Notes and Substitutions
See the recipe card below for the complete list of ingredients.
- French fries: Use frozen or homemade fries. For ease, I use frozen French Fries. Ore-Ida has really mastered frozen French fries.
- Truffle oil: I use white truffle oil for these, but you can use black truffle oil. Quality does matter here.
- Parmesan cheese: Use freshly grated for the best flavor.
- Fresh herbs: Use chopped fresh parsley or thyme. You can substitute thinly sliced green onions.

How To Make Truffle Fries
This is a summary; for the complete list of ingredients and instructions, see the recipe card below.
- Cook your fries according to package directions. Try to get them crispy. Do not wash the baking sheet.
- Toss them in a large bowl with the truffle oil, Parmesan cheese, and fresh herbs.
- Put them back on the baking sheet and cook for several more minutes.
- Sprinkle with more freshly grated Parmesan cheese.

Tips For Success
- The key to good truffle fries is to get them crispy before tossing them in truffle oil, then re-crisping them.
- Not all truffle oils are the same. Some truffle oils simply add a truffle aroma. Look for one that actually has the truffle oil concentrate or real winter truffles, like this TRUFF black truffle oil or TRUFF white truffle oil.
- Truffle fries are best enjoyed promptly, so plan accordingly.
- Serve them with a delicious dipping sauce such as comeback sauce, copycat Cane’s sauce, or yum yum sauce.

Perfect Pairings
- Beef: New York strip steak, steak bites, or baked beef brisket.
- Burgers: air fryer hamburgers, grilled turkey burgers, or pizza burgers.
- Sliders: ham and cheese sliders, cheeseburger sliders, or buffalo chicken sliders
