Cauliflower Steaks

Cauliflower steaks are a simple tasty side that requires a minimal amount of work and can be seasoned to your personal taste.




  1. In small bowl whisk together the olive oil, garlic, parsley, paprika, onion powder, crushed red pepper, salt and black pepper.
  2. Remove the leaves and trim the stem end of the cauliflower.  Leave the core intact.  Place the cauliflower stem side down on a sturdy cutting board.  Cut 1/2 inch wide sections.
  3. Brush both sides of the steak with the olive oil mixture and place on a well seasoned baking sheet. Bake at 400 degrees for 20-25 minutes flipping the steaks halfway through the baking process.
