A five minute scrumptious cream cheese smoked salmon dip seasoned with onion, garlic, horseradish, fresh dill, and lemon juice.  Wow your guests with this easy yet impressive dip.

  • 8 ounces cream cheese
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • ⅓ cup sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons minced onion
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon creamy horseradish
  • 2 tablespoons fresh chopped dill
  • 1 tablespoons lemon juice
  • ¼ teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
  • 6 ounces smoked salmon minced

  1. Add the cream cheese, mayonnaise, sour cream, minced onion, minced garlic, horseradish, chopped dill, lemon juice, black pepper and salmon in a food processor. Pulse several times to combine and until preferred texture.
  2. Chill for 1 hour and serve with crostini, assorted vegetable sticks and crackers.

  • Use fresh squeezed lemon juice.  For an extra bonus add just a touch of zest.
  • Buy good quality smoked salmon as it really makes a difference. I purchase honey smoked salmon from Costco.
  • For best results use fresh dill.  It is so fragrant and tasty in this recipe.  It really takes this dip to a whole new level.
  • Smoked salmon is naturally salty so watch what you pair it with.  No added salt is recommended.
  • Stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator this dip will last 4-5 days.
  • Enjoy it with crostini, fresh cut vegetable sticks and Ritz crackers!!
